Southam (UK-Wide Travel)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Land & Setting Out Surveyor to join a well-established, RICS-regulated surveying business offering varied projects, long-term career progression, and full support towards professional qualifications. You'll work across a wide range of geospatial surveying projects while developing your technical skills within a friendly, growing team.

Do you have experience in Land Surveying, Engineering Surveying or Setting Out? Are you looking for a role that offers nationwide project work, structured career progression, and the opportunity to develop towards MRICS or AssocRICS accreditation?

Established for over 30 years, this RICS-accredited surveying practice provides specialist geospatial services, including land, topographical, utility, drone, CCTV, drainage, and measured building surveys. With a strong reputation across the UK, the business continues to grow, investing heavily in its people while expanding its presence throughout the country.

In this role, you will join a supportive business where you'll undertake a varied mix of land surveying, engineering surveying, and setting-out projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have experience within Land Surveying, Engineering Surveying or Setting Out, be confident working independently on site, and possess a proactive, can-do attitude. Full training and support towards professional qualifications will be provided.

The Role:

Carry out land, engineering, monitoring and setting out surveys across the UK
Working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors
Nationwide travel with accommodation, food allowance and overtime provided
Ongoing training and support towards further qualifications

The Person:

Experience in Land Surveying, Engineering Surveying or Setting Out
Confident working independently on site with strong technical ability
Full UK Driving Licence
Willing to travel throughout the UK with regular stays away
