Labourers

Description:

Acting on behalf of my client a nationwide property maintenance & refurbishment company, Workforce On Demand require physically fit labourers for an immediate to carry out a soft strip out of a hotel in Inverness (IV2) post code

Duties:

* Perform physical labour tasks as assigned by the supervisor

* Load and unload materials and equipment

* Moving of hotel room soft furnishings into storage - TV stand, vanity furniture etc prior to rooms being redecorated

* Clean and maintain work areas and equipment at all times

* Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Experience:

* Previous experience in a labour-intensive role preferred

* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding task

* Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Requirements:

* CSCS Card preferred but not essential as long as have previous on site labouring experience

* Safety Boots, High Viz Vest

Duration:

* Start Date Sunday 12th May - 10am

* Must be available for occasional weekend work

* Monday - Friday - 8am - 6pm

* Slightly later starts on weekends

* 6 weeks possibly ongoing thereafter

Can pay - CIS (UTR Number required) or PAYE
