Description:
A Labourer is required to work for a housing association, looking after the repairs and maintenance of their housing stock across Lancashire and surrounding areas.
You will be working as part of the void property team, delivering materials to various properties across the county and ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and in full. You will also be working alongside all trades, assisting in the refurbishment projects, maintaining a clean and tidy site and ensuring all health and safety is complied with.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a well respected employer with potential for a permanent post. CSCS card is required along with previous experience in a similar role.
