Labourer / Assistant Supervisor - CSCS & SSSTS
Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2
Contract Duration: 2-3 Months
Pay Rate: £(Apply online only) per day
TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting for a Labourer / Assistant Supervisor to join a project involving the construction of an industrial steel framed unit in Hemel Hempstead, HP2.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with supervisory experience to support the delivery of a steel-framed industrial build over a 2-3 month contract.
The Role:
Providing labour support across the steel frame construction process
Maintaining the construction site; sweeping, waste clearance, setting up barriers etc.
Supervising labour teams on site, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and standards
Liaising with site management and subcontractors as requiredRequirements:
Valid SSSTS certification (essential)
Previous experience working on steel framed structures/industrial units
Proven experience in a labouring and supervisory capacity
Valid CSCS card
Strong understanding of site health and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a teamWhat's on Offer:
