Production Operative – Seasonal (Petworth / Pulborough)Contract: Full-time, temporary (approx. 2–3 weeks from mid‑September)
Pay: £15.50/hour (day) | £17.00/hour (night)
Weekly hours: 45
Locations: Petworth or Pulborough – own transport essential
We’re recruiting for our client’s busy food‑processing site during peak harvest. You’ll help keep production running smoothly by handling crates, moving and weighing fruit pallets, cleaning the press‑loading line, washing pallets and carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping duties. Work is both indoors and outdoors in all weather.
We’re looking for reliable, physically fit people with a positive attitude, good attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. You must be comfortable with manual work, long periods on your feet, and flexible with shifts.
Shifts & pay
Day: 10:00–20:30 – £15.50/hour
Night: 20:30–06:00 – £17.00/hour
Additional overtime may be available.
