As a result, we have a number of exciting new roles which have become available.

We have an exciting position available for an all-round Multi skilled Labourer to join us!

You’ll carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance. We’re looking for those that can carry out the operational duties of an all-round labourer across the full range of repairs services on all owned and managed properties. You will visit premises and properties to carry out and support works in the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, renewal work and clearances to tenanted, empty homes and surrounding environment. You’ll also assist our Trade Colleagues where appropriate for Health and Safety reasons.

Working in an agile way, you’ll travel directly to your first job utilising a company vehicle deemed suitable for the work that you are asked to do.

Previous experience in a similar role and a working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM.

Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to work carefully, methodically and safely with good planning and organisational skills.

Accurately record, document and complete work activity through mobile devices or other appropriate means.

*

Possess a Full UK Manual driving licence.
