Description:

Our client is looking for a labourer to who wants to work in a fast-paced environment within the social housing sector. You will be responsible for assisting bricklayers providing a first-class repair, maintenance and planned works service to their customers.

You will be carrying out works on various domestic and commercial properties within their property portfolio. You may work alongside other trades such as; carpenters, plasterers and roofers as and when required.

You will mainly be paired up with bricklayers to complete groundworks, fencing work and possibly mould washes.

Requirements

Own Car or Van (van preferred)
Vehicle Insurance that covers business use – (proof will be required)
Smart Phone with Camera (essential)
Current and valid DBS or able to pass one (essential)
Happy to work/travel between Portsmouth and Basingstoke (essential)
Asbestos Awareness Training (preferred)
Working at Heights Training (preferred)
Manual Handling (preferred)
Good IT Skills
Excellent communication skills with staff/clients/tenants
