Location: Bracknell, Reading, Berkshire
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Bracknell, Reading, Berkshire.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day site operations, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with general labouring duties on site.
Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment.
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
Supporting tradespeople with a variety of tasks as required.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Carrying out manual handling and other physical duties.
Completing additional duties as directed by the site supervisor.
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment
Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual work.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Valid CSCS card.
Experience working on construction sites.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
What We Offer
Rate of Pay: £16.48 an hour
Working Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm
