Tier 1 Construction Site
Location: Exeter
Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE / £16.63 per hour via Umbrella. 8 hours a day
Start Date: 28/09/2026
GM Recruitment are currently recruiting General Labourers to work on a busy Tier 1 construction site.
This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking labourers looking for work with a reputable contractor. This is a temporary position.
The Role
General labouring duties across a busy construction site
Assisting skilled trades and site management
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
Moving and distributing materials around site
Loading and unloading deliveries
Supporting the wider site team as required
Following all site health & safety requirementsRequirements
Valid CSCS Labourer card
Previous construction site experience
Full PPE safety boots and hi-vis
Reliable and punctual
Good understanding of site health & safety
Able to work as part of a team
References from previous construction work
