KB Trades are urgently seeking an experienced CSCS Site Labourer for work on a large refurbishment project in Greys, Essex
You MUST have a valid CSCS Labourer card,, PPE, previous construction site experience and checkable references.
Ideally you will have a traffic marshall / banksman certificate, you must be clean shaven due to a face fit test needing to be done.
Due to the fast paced nature of the works, you must be physically fit and able to work under pressure as part of a multi skilled team.
Duties will include -
. soft strip out
. loading skips
. unloading deliveries
. assisting trades
. site clearance
and any other duties as directed by the Site Manager.
