Salary: £15.00 per hour
We are recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing association contract.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking general labouring duties on tenanted and void properties
Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
Working in partnership with other operatives to complete certain tasksRequirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Blue CSCS Card
Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction Skills
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAPBenefits:
08:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
