Job Title:
Construction Labourer
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist tradespeople on-site, maintain a safe and tidy working environment, and support the completion of construction projects to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
Preparing and cleaning work areas.
Operating basic hand and power tools safely.
Following health and safety regulations at all times.
Removing waste and debris from site.
Assisting with site setup and dismantling.
Performing general labouring duties as instructed by the Site Manager.
Requirements:
Previous construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential.
Valid CSCS Card (required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical fitness and stamina.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Awareness of site health and safety procedures.
Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Time management and punctuality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to safety.
