About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working site labourer for a short-term contract role on a busy new build housing development in Middlesbrough.

This is a great opportunity to secure an immediate start, pick up consistent hours, and work alongside a highly respected housing developer. You will play an essential role in keeping the site safe, tidy, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting skilled trades on-site with material distribution to various plots.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe site environment in line with health and safety standards.
Clearing site debris, sweeping out plots, and loading skips.
Assisting the Site Manager with unloading and managing deliveries.
Carrying out general physical labour and lifting tasks as required.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
Previous experience working on a construction site (New build housing experience is preferred).
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, and steel toe cap boots).
A strong, proactive work ethic and excellent punctuality.
Ability to take direction well and work safely around busy plant machinery.
Living within a commutable distance of Middlesbrough for prompt morning starts.
