Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Driving Labourer to support our on-site teams. This role involves a mix of driving, general labouring and assisting skilled trades on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment between sites
* Assisting tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, etc.) on-site
* Loading and unloading materials
* Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards
* Carrying out basic skilled labouring tasks
* Ensuring timely deliveries and collections
Requirements:
* Valid UK driving licence (essential)
* Previous experience in construction/labouring
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of site safety practices
* CSCS card (preferred but not essential – adjust as needed)
* Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with tools and basic construction tasks
* Knowledge of materials and site processes
* Any trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, etc.) are a bonus
