Labourer Required
Location: Chesham
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourers for a site in Chesham.
Duties
* Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials
* Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as required
* Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety
* Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
* Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
* A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
