Labourer / Traffic Marshal – Canterbury

Start ASAP | Ongoing Work Available

Skilled Careers are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Canterbury.

This is a dual-role position, with duties split between general site labouring and traffic marshalling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to assist the site team wherever needed.

Duties will include:

Banking and directing site traffic safely

Managing deliveries and vehicle movements

Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle safety on site

General labouring duties

Assisting trades and site management

Moving materials and keeping the site clean and tidy

Adhering to all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card

Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification

Previous construction site experience

Full PPE

Good understanding of site safety

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Ability to work well as part of a team
