Ash Construction Group are currently recruiting for a Labour Manager in Sevenoaks Ideally looking for a gang who have worked together in the past and is willing to start work ASAP.
We are seeking a skilled Labour Manager to oversee workforce management within our rail operations. The Labour Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal staffing levels, and managing labour resources efficiently.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Experience in the Rail industry is a must-have for this role; you should have worked in similar positions within this field before.
• Being a self-starter is key; you'll need to show initiative and resourcefulness in your work.
• Our company values client engagement, so being flexible and open to attending events and meetings is important.
• A positive attitude is essential; we thrive on can-do attitudes and outgoing personalities fit right in.
• Ensure all workers placed into work are fully compliant with rail standards and UK employment legislation
• Ensure workers fully understand their role with the client, the location, time and duration of the works.
• Having a valid driving license is necessary.
• Given the sensitive nature of the data you'll handle, understanding GDPR and information sensitivity laws is vital
