We have an exciting opportunity for a R&D Laboratory Technologist to join our client's innovative team. This role offers a chance to collaborate with a diverse and creative group of professionals, working together to solve some of the world's toughest challenges.
* Hourly wage between £13.84 - £14.87
* Opportunity to work with a global team of innovative professionals
* 36.5 hours per week.
* 6 month contract.
The Role:
As a R&D Laboratory Technologist, your responsibilities will include:
* Completing development, qualification, pre-compliance and audit testing for respiratory protection products
* Supporting the Quality management system to maintain current certifications and accreditation of the R&D laboratory
* Understanding and updating test methods and documentation as required
* Managing consumables for test equipment
* Collaborating with the R&D team, product engineers, developers, certification and compliance teams
The Candidate:
The ideal R&D Laboratory Technologist will have:
* A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
* Understanding of respiratory protection products and their testing requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to understand and interpret data
* Awareness of EN standards, Gas and Vapor testing methods, Reusable Respirators, and Powered and Supplied Air product
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams and Minitab
The Package:
