Laboratory Analyst
Attleborough
Up to £30,000 + Benefits
Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm
Friday 7am - 2pm
Major Recruitment currently have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Laboratory Analyst for our well-respected client close to Attleborough
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine analyses on raw materials
Conduct microbiological testing to detect and quantify pathogens and other contaminants
Perform chemical analysis, including moisture content, protein, fat, fiber and other nutritional parameters
Document and record all test results
Person Specification
Previous experience in a laboratory environment
Understanding if food safety principles, HACCP, GMPS etc
Excellent communication skills
