An opportunity of Full Time employment has arisen within Test Instrument Calibrations for a
LABORATORY ADMINISTRATOR
To join our expanding & thriving business based in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire.
Previous administration experience would be an advantage, along with good I.T. & communication skills.
Training will be provided & the main responsibilities will be:
* Maintaining office supplies & systems
* Physically dealing with goods inwards & outwards
* Managing instruments in & out using management software
* Answering email & telephone enquiries & redirecting as required
* Creating & editing promotional literature with supporting information
* Processing calibration & repair quotations & estimates
* Maintaining quarantine & ‘awaiting go-ahead’ areas
* Processing the despatch of equipment
* Having the ability to own the job from start to finish
