Key Responsibilities:

Assist key workers in delivering high-quality activities that support children’s learning and development in alignment with the EYFS framework.
Be included within staffing ratios to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Maintain open communication with key workers and parents to support each child’s development.
Provide one-to-one support for children who require additional assistance.
Ensure a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for all children.
Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in early years settings.
Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate a passion for working in early years education and supporting young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
