Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including individualised attention and assistance in the classroom.
Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Demonstrate a good sense of humour and patience in your interactions with students, fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
Utilise excellent initiative to adapt to the needs of individual students and assist them in reaching their full potential.
Understand and cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students, ensuring all learners receive appropriate support.What We Offer:
