Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hyde Primary School. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning in Key Stage 2, assisting teachers and contributing to the overall development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in Key Stage 2.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts and assisting with activities.
Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources and materials.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting classroom management and behaviour.
Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to support the academic and personal development of pupils.Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in Key Stage 2, is advantageous but not essential.
Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the development of children in Key Stage 2.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate pupils.
Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
