What We're Looking For:
???? Previous Experience: At least 2 years experience working within a Primary Class setting.
????️ Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
???? Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
???? Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
???? Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).
Your Role:
???? Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
???? Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students' EHCP.
???? Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.
