The Role:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil achievement.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or be an ECT with relevant placement experience.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
Be passionate about inspiring young learners.
Have high expectations for achievement and behaviour.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
