About the role:

As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll inspire and educate young learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth within our supportive team dedicated to providing an enriching educational experience. We offer flexible part-time options to suit your schedule, recognising the importance of work-life balance. This vacancy arises from the expansion of our school community, requiring additional teaching support to cater to our growing number of students.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2
• Passion for fostering a positive learning environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, incorporating diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Student Assessment and Progress Tracking: Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support individual learning goals.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe and motivated to participate actively in their learning, maintaining discipline and promoting respectful behavior.
• Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities, and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement initiatives.
