About the role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll inspire and educate young learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth within our supportive team dedicated to providing an enriching educational experience. This vacancy arises from the expansion of our school community, requiring additional teaching support to cater to our growing number of students.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2
• Passion for fostering a positive learning environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, incorporating diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Student Assessment and Progress Tracking: Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support individual learning goals.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe and motivated to participate actively in their learning, maintaining discipline and promoting respectful behavior.
• Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities, and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement initiatives.
