KS2 Teacher – Exciting Long-Term Opportunity in Leeds
PK Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Leeds from September 2026. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential and creating an engaging learning environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to the continued success of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils in preparation for SATs assessments where required
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student achievement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Experience supporting pupils with SATs preparation (desirable)
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent planning, assessment, and curriculum delivery abilities
A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners
