About the role:

Are you a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 (KS2) teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds in a supportive and dynamic primary school environment? We are seeking a talented KS2 Teacher to join our esteemed primary school in Finchley, London. This full-time, long-term position is perfect for an enthusiastic educator committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a love for learning.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Experience: Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting.

• Passion for Education: Demonstrated commitment to nurturing a love for learning and helping students reach their full potential.

• Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and creatively solve problems in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create and implement innovative lesson plans that meet the needs of all students, ensuring active participation and academic growth.

• Assess and Monitor Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance through assessments, feedback, and constructive guidance, tailoring instruction to support individual learning needs.

• Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated to succeed.

• Collaborate with Colleagues and Parents: Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to student development.
