About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role is a maternity cover position, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our students’ educational journey. You will be joining a supportive environment where collaboration and professional growth are encouraged. Our KS2 classes maintain a small average size, allowing for personalised attention that enhances learning outcomes and fosters strong teacher-student relationships.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS2 students.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a love of learning in young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment that inspires creativity and intellectual curiosity.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events that contribute to the holistic development of students.
