About the role:

Join our primary school in Cheshunt, London, as a full-time KS2 Teacher starting immediately on a long-term basis. This position has opened due to expansion, offering a chance to contribute to our inclusive environment. The recruitment process involves a face-to-face interview with the Headteacher and senior leaders, with applications considered until the role is filled.

You'll teach a diverse Key Stage 2 cohort, including SEN students in small groups, supported by dedicated teaching assistants. We prioritise strong parent partnerships and uphold values of respect, inclusion, and academic excellence. Teachers receive robust administrative support to focus on fostering curiosity and lifelong learning in our pupils.

Application Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.• Demonstrate a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education to primary school children.• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.• Show initiative, creativity, and adaptability in delivering lessons that inspire learning and promote progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.•

Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and development of pupils, ensuring each child reaches their full potential

.• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote the well-being and academic success of students.

• Implement school policies and procedures, contributing to the overall ethos and aims of the school community.
