KS2 Teacher (Full-Time) - Primary School (Northampton)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (or Fixed Term if required)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Requirement: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a high-performing, Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Northampton from September. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for all pupils.

The Role

You will:

Teach a KS2 class, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Plan and assess effectively to ensure all pupils make excellent progress
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive
Work collaboratively with colleagues across year groups and phases
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and school events

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
Has experience or a strong interest in teaching KS2
Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management
Is passionate about raising attainment and inspiring young learners
Works well as part of a team and is committed to whole-school improvement
