About the role:

As a KS2 Teacher you will have the opportunity to engage and inspire students in Years 3 to 6, delivering high-quality lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning. With a class size averaging 25 students, you'll have the support and resources needed to personalise instruction and meet the diverse needs of every learner.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):

Possess a valid Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification recognised by relevant educational authorities.

• Experience:

Demonstrated experience in teaching Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.

• Pedagogical Knowledge:

A solid understanding of effective teaching strategies and methodologies tailored to the needs of KS2 students, including differentiation and personalised learning approaches.

• Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.

• Assess student progress and provide targeted support to enhance learning outcomes.

• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development activities.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
