About the role:

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher at Finchley Community School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will join a dynamic team of educators dedicated to fostering a love for learning and helping every child reach their full potential. Immediate start date and in-person interview required.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably in a diverse and inclusive setting.

• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

• Ability to differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

• Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including SEN learners.

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.

• Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to facilitate growth.

• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
