Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary
Start Date: 8 September 2026

Can you turn a mixed-ability KS2 classroom into a place where every pupil feels challenged but capable?

Teach Now is recruiting an experienced KS2 Teacher for a full-time position in Enfield starting in September. The successful teacher will bring strong curriculum knowledge, consistent classroom practice and the ability to recognise exactly what pupils need to make their next step.

The KS2 Teacher will:

Plan ambitious and accessible lessons

Develop pupils’ reading, writing and mathematical fluency

Use assessment intelligently to plan next steps

Provide suitable challenge for higher-attaining pupils

Adapt teaching for pupils with SEND

Establish calm, consistent behaviour expectations

Work closely with Teaching Assistants and teaching colleagues

Communicate effectively with families

Essential requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status

Recent KS2 classroom experience

Strong understanding of the National Curriculum

Effective assessment and differentiation skills

Confident behaviour management

High standards of professionalism and safeguarding

This KS2 Teacher position would particularly suit someone who enjoys seeing the impact of sustained teaching over a longer-term placement rather than moving between short-term assignments.
