Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school based in Telford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to pupils in Key Stage 2, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of schemes of work and curriculum resources.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support the overall ethos of the school.
Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably within a UK primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
