Be willing to provide cover within Key Stage 1 classes when required.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive.
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders.
Promote positive behaviour through relationship-based approaches and consistent routines.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within a primary setting.
Confidence teaching across the primary age range.
A patient, adaptable, and resilient approach.
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
An understanding of SEMH needs and trauma-informed practice is desirable, although training can be provided.
What We Offer:

A supportive and welcoming team environment.
Small class sizes and high staff-to-pupil ratios.
Opportunities for professional development and specialist training.
The chance to make a genuine impact on pupils' lives every day.
