The role will involve:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Creating an inclusive classroom where all pupils are encouraged to achieve.
Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress.
Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop teaching practice.
Building positive relationships with parents and carers.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
Have a passion for delivering creative and engaging lessons.
Be confident adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
Be committed to raising attainment and improving pupil outcomes.
