KS2 Teacher - Years 3 to 6
Primary Schools | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Aspire People

Aspire People are recruiting KS2 Teachers to support primary schools across a range of Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 settings.

We are looking for confident and motivated teachers who can deliver engaging lessons, challenge pupils academically and support them to achieve their full potential.

The Role:

* Planning and delivering engaging KS2 lessons
* Teaching across the KS2 curriculum
* Supporting pupils with Maths, English, reading and writing
* Developing reasoning, problem-solving and independent learning skills
* Differentiating lessons to meet individual pupil needs
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
* Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Preparing pupils for the expectations of the next stage of their education
* Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate:

* Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Previous KS2 experience is desirable
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
* Confident classroom practitioner
* Strong Maths and English subject knowledge
* Effective behaviour management skills
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils
* Passionate about raising attainment and supporting pupil progress
* Reliable, adaptable and professional
