Dunbar Education is thrilled to collaborate with a renowned primary school in Shrewsbury, celebrated for its commitment to delivering exceptional education and nurturing a supportive learning environment. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their dedicated team on a permanent, full-time basis starting in September.
As a Primary School Teacher, you will have the rewarding opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, guiding their academic and emotional development. Your role will involve preparing engaging lesson plans, nourishing a positive learning environment, and supporting the unique needs of each student.
Your Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum objectives and cater to diverse learner needs.
* Create and implement effective assessment strategies to track and monitor student progress.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the primary school curriculum.
* Provide support and guidance to students in their academic and personal growth.
* Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events as needed.
Requirements for this role include:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2)
* Experience working with Primary school students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for education and a commitment to student success
