Primary School on the outskirts of Lincoln – LN2
Full-Time, Long-Term

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the patience, empathy, and dedication to support a child with Autism and challenging behaviour on their educational journey? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to a child with SEND needs and challenging behaviour.
- Assist in implementing tailored learning plans and strategies.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENDCo to meet the child's educational and emotional needs.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school, nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting is advantageous.
- Understanding of SEND and strategies to support children with diverse needs.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to long-term employment and making a positive impact on the child's development.
