About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic KS1 Teacher to join our passionate team on a full-time, long-term basis. This opportunity has arisen due to our commitment to maintaining high educational standards and expanding our vibrant community. The salary for this role ranges from £160 to £210 per day, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a class of approximately 30 eager learners, benefiting from our well-established 4-form entry structure. Application Requirements:

• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum requirements.

• Show a genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate young learners, adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and creativity among students.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the broader school community.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of every child.
