About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team in Newham. As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the academic and personal development of children aged 5 to 7 years old.
You will create engaging lesson plans, deliver dynamic instruction, and provide a supportive learning environment that encourages growth and achievement.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with Key Stage 1 students, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS1 students.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.
• Foster a positive classroom culture based on respect, inclusivity, and a love of learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share updates on student progress and address any concerns.
