About the role:

As a KS1 Teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds during their crucial formative years. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a love for learning, and supporting the holistic development of children aged 5 to 7. Collaborating with colleagues and parents, you will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Application Requirements:

We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses a minimum of two years of experience in primary education, preferably with a focus on Key Stage 1. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and pedagogy, with the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of fostering social and emotional development in young learners. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the KS1 curriculum, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and social growth.

• Assess student progress through formative and summative methods, providing timely feedback to students, parents, and colleagues to support learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to foster a supportive and enriching educational experience for all students, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
