KS1 Teacher
Location: Ealing, London
Salary: £40,372–£59,864 per annum
Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary
Start Date: 8 September 2026
Teach Now is seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher for a full-time position in Ealing starting this September.
This role requires a teacher who can make learning feel exciting while keeping classroom expectations consistent. You will help pupils build the core skills that underpin their future education, with particular emphasis on early reading, communication, writing and mathematics.
Key duties:
Planning and delivering engaging KS1 teaching
Delivering systematic synthetic phonics
Tracking attainment and responding to individual learning needs
Providing appropriate challenge for different abilities
Supporting pupils with SEND
Maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and colleagues
Developing positive relationships with families
You will need:
UK QTS
Recent Key Stage 1 experience
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Secure phonics and early-reading knowledge
Effective assessment and behaviour-management skills
A collaborative and professional approach
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and will be determined within the advertised range.
