Position: KS1 Teacher

Location: Fareham

Salary: £30,000 - £46,000

Start Date: September 2nd, 2024

We are currently hiring KS1 Teachers in Fareham. We're seeking dedicated educators who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality education to our KS1 students at a mainstream primary school. We are considering applications from both experienced and early-career teachers.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to accommodate diverse learning styles

· Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration

· Implement efficient classroom management strategies to enhance the learning experience

· Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents

· Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being

Requirements:

• Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE)

• In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies

• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education

• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans

Key Skills:

· Skilful classroom management techniques as a KS1 Teacher

· Implementing differentiated instruction methods

· Clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

· Integration of technology to enhance learning experiences

· Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

· Utilising various assessment and evaluation strategies
