Job Description:

As a KS1 Teacher, you'll be at the forefront of shaping young minds and creating magical learning experiences. Your role will include:

• Designing and delivering dynamic lessons tailored to captivate and inspire learners, while meeting the UK curriculum standards.

• Cultivating a positive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel valued, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Implementing effective strategies to promote positive behaviour and inclusivity, fostering a culture of kindness and respect.

• Collaborating closely with fellow educators to share ideas and contribute to the school's ongoing success.

• Building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to support children's academic and personal development.

• Alongside the staff you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.

• Opportunities for additional responsibilities (TLR) are available for candidates with relevant experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Previous experience working with KS1 students is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of the UK curriculum and assessment methods.

• Valid DBS clearance (Criminal Record Check).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
