KS1 TeacherMoore Teachers is working with a welcoming village primary school that provides a nurturing and supportive environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. The school sits at the heart of its local community and offers a positive setting for both pupils and staff. The role is within a mixed Year 1/2 class.
The role:
KS1 Teacher for a mixed Year 1/2 class
Temp-to-perm opportunity
Flexible working pattern of 3 or 4 days per week
Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staffThe ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
Be confident managing a mixed-age class
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be enthusiastic, organised, and adaptable
