Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Specialist to join our dynamic team in September 2024. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum and a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere, catering to the individual needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
Assess and record pupils' progress systematically and keep records to check work is understood and completed.
Provide a stimulating classroom environment where resources can be accessed appropriately by all pupils.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and coordinate activities and share best practices.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and engagement.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's progress and development.Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status with experience teaching KS1.
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and child development.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Ability to create and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
