Description:
Nest Education are working with a brilliant school in the area to secure a Primary School KS1 Teacher from September 2024, with the possibility for the right person to hold this position permanently.
The school is supported daily by a wonderful selection of staff, including Teaching Assistants, Teachers and Head-Teacher – the environment is warm, inviting and celebrates education and personal achievements.
With the school being so well managed, it’s purpose built to support and encourage the education and development of the children that attend. As such, they are looking for someone who would reflect this focus.

Ideally, you will possess the following:
A teaching certification*
The ability to adapt and be flexible
You will naturally be caring, supportive and friendly
You will be trustworthy, professional and able to work well within a team
You will have education and the wellbeing of children in your heart
Having the ability to wear a smile and tackle tough situations and conversations when necessary
You will be coachable, and open to feedback and support from those around you
Personal experience is an advantage (the more experience the better, but not a must)
You will have a working knowledge of SEND(Special educational Needs & Disabilities) and the ways in which you would support specific learning needs of the students in your class
You will be able to manage the occasional Challenging Behaviour and plan a way forward
You will be able to plan and manage lessons as required
You will have a deep interest in helping young people achieve their targets
You will have a growth mind-set and the ability to aid children in developing their own
