Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree in education.
Enthusiasm surrounding the education of primary-school children.
Motivated to aid pupils’ growth and development.
Sufficient knowledge of safeguarding policies and their importance.
A natural ability to build bonds with young learners and a warm personality. 
The Role
In your time as a KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work in close collaboration with teaching staff and provide 1-2-1 and small group support to pupils both in and out of the classroom setting. You will track pupil progress and assess classwork to identify any additional learning needs that can be accommodated via effective support strategies and the adaptation of learning materials. As a KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be the primary source of support for under-achieving pupils aged 4-7 and will provide easy-to-understand guidance as they progress through the national curriculum.
